  This post office location has now lost two of my packages within the same week. I had to go track down the carrier to find my last missing package and now they just lost another one. I'm always receiving the neighbors mail in my box and I'm getting fed up with these horrible carriers that don't know how to do their job.

  The Chippewa Falls Post Office has consistently delivered the Wall Street Journal a day late, especially on Friday and weekend editions. I have called several times--they always blame the sender, which I do not believe. One of the sacrifices from moving from Madison, where I received the paper on my doorstep, to here. Too bad the USPS is not privatized. The employees might feel a sense of urgency and pride in their work.

  I go a few times a week - Wonderful staff! My favorite post office to go to. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. Quick in and out trip compared to Eau Claire. Two sets of in/out doors. (Location wise, I wish it had better parking, and it does not seem to be very handicap/elderly friendly depending on physical limitations. Long, winding ramp that enters IN the loading dock, etc, but they do keep it shoveled and "salted".)

  It's the USPS! What's not to love? Rarely, busy, at this location and a very friendly and helpful staff.

  This post office is awful. They actually managed to lose two of my packages within the same week! The first one was delivered to a different street and I had to go track down the carrier who had my package on him but did not attempt to deliver it to my address. i even paid extra for fast shipping which was a waste since I didn't get it on time. Now I have another package that was supposedly delivered 2 days ago but I didn't get it. The carriers for this location are terrible, and usps needs to hire people who aren't idiots and will do their job right.
